Manual Printing
G Force Printing can produce all types of manuals from training manuals, product or service manuals to safety and procedure manuals. Training manuals are perfect for providing information to help train someone to perform more efficiently.
Depending on your budget and requirements and we can recommend the best method of manual printing - offset, digital printing, black & white or full colour.
There are also various binding options for manual printing:
- Saddle-stitched - Two staples at the spine of book, a cost effective method but only suitable up to a certain number of pages
- Spiral / wire bound - Another cost effective method that can accommodate a larger number of pages with clear acetate front cover and cardboard backing
- Perfect bound - Pages are glued to the spine of cover offering a very professional finish
Standard 90gsm laser paper is a popular choice but if your manual is made up of mostly colour images you may want to consider a coated paper such as gloss art which comes in a range of thicknesses. We recommend 300gsm for covers and 115-150gsm for the internal pages.
When supplying the document for printing our preferred file format is PDF. This helps prevent undesired changes occurring when transferring files from one PC to another. If you require help with formatting and cover design our graphic design team are always available to offer support. Please enquire about this service when requesting your quote so we can provide a cost estimate upfront to help keep you on budget.
Even if it is only a small number of manuals required leave it in the hands of the professionals at G Force Printing. Not only will we save you the time and effort undertaking manual printing on your office printer you will probably also find it ends up being the more cost effective option.
